Club Ballet
Students use the ballet barre to facilitate greater turnout range and strength. In order for their technique to progress, students are encouraged to build good class-taking habits such as effort, mental focus, attention to detail, and the ability to pick up exercises quickly and effectively. Students will also continue to develop their artistry and love of movement through imagery.
Club Acro
In this class, students will focus on preparatory stretches, body positions, jumps, rolls, and the beginning principles of acro dance and its terminology. The curriculum is designed to improve fine and gross motor skills while developing the strength, flexibility, and stamina for the next level. Skills include: backbends, hand stands, cartwheels, and more.
Club Tap
In this class, increasingly complex steps and double sounds are added while still working on clarity and musicality in the steps and combinations.
Club Jazz
Students continue to grow and develop the skills and technique. The difficulty of steps and emphasis on clean technique is emphasized all while continuing to develop a students love of dance. This class practices basic jazz steps such as chasses, battements, pivot turns, pirourette, three-step turns and more.
Club Singing/Acting
Singing/Acting offers an outlet for students to train and develop their musical theatre skills. Students will practice performance skills such as singing, acting, dancing, and improvising. This class allows students to build their skills and confidence for auditions, rehearsals, and performances.
